Their heavy-duty professional cooking ranges are renowned around the world for their quality, performance and reliability, with cooking suites that any chef and restaurant would be proud to have in their kitchen!

Although Charvet has built a network of trusted dealer partners across the UK to support their sales they have always seen the importance on industry trade shows to connect with the end user to support lead generation and brand recognition. With the cancelling of industry trade show and exhibitions during the Covid-10 pandemic, Charvet needed a channel in which to engage with end users and maintain brand recognition but without the ability to engage face to face in the traditional manner.

The platform allowed Charvet to effortlessly manage registration through to event reminders all the way through to post event follow up. The virtual event platform allowed for a mixture of pre-recorded content as well as live discussion to take place and for delegates to interact throughout via the live chat area. Charvet were also able to share resources relevant to the event and track user engagement to monitor effectiveness and also gain valuable user insight via the poll questions.
